2.After paying consultancy fee , you will get a confirming message on your E- mail and on whatsapp number.After filling all details required you have to send it back to us.
3.Immediately we will fix your appointment with concerned veterinarian.
4.the consultancy is not for emergency cases. you should visit nearest veterinary clinic in such incidence.
5. the consultancy fee is non refundable in any circumstances.
6.In purchasing of any product you have to pay shipping charges for the product value less than 1000 Rs.
7.In purchasing of any product you do not have to pay shipping charges for the product value more than 1000 Rs.
8. no return and no replacement of any kind of products will be allowed.
